By downloading, installing, or using the Notex Notes & To-Do app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Notex Notes & To-Do is an application that provides note-taking and to-do list functionality, including the env-share feature for sharing encrypted messages. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

lock Env-Share Feature

Important Notice: The env-share feature for sharing secret messages is currently in the development phase. By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The feature is provided on an "as is" basis during development
• There is a very low but existing chance of data breach during this development period
• You should not share highly sensitive information through this feature until it is fully released
• We are not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access that may occur

key User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• Transfer, sell, rent, or lease the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

note User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or store in the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the App. You agree not to use the App to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

update Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features within it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

public Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party services.

copyright Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

warning Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

shield Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

balance Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Nepal], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
